The location of the hotel in the Bole area, was convenient to other venues we attended, the staff were very professional, courteous, accommodating, and extremely friendly. We enjoyed the meals at the restaurant, and the customer service representative Melat, was very helpful, All the restaurant waiters were professional, friendly and accomodating during our meals, especially Mekdes, Nuhamin, and other restaurant staff, whose names I've forgotten. The housekeeping staff, bellmen and security Tomas were professional and friendly, as well as the front desk staff (Senait and others), including Lidiya & Melat, who went above and beyond their hotel duties, and helped me find a pharmacy one evening after work (we inadvertently met on the street one day) The entire hotel staff including management, made my wife and I feel as though we were a part of their extended family.

The Sapphire team are friendly and professional . The hotel is very clean and the food service is amazing and very reasonable price . The location is within a block of all kinds of eatery, entertainment, and shopping. This is my 2nd time staying at this hotel, and I am very pleased on both occasions. This hotel is better than most 5 star hotels in North America. Keep up the good work. Belen was amazing.

The spa was the highlight of my stay. It's cool and the steam is just superb. A cool place to relax and chill. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Situated on Bole road made it easier to access a number of restaurants, coffee shops and Gelato😁. Sapphire is my fav. so far in Addis.
